Minister of Worship

Jeff came to Lisbon in 2012 in a part time capacity and came on board in November 2016. From an early age he was singing at church, following his dad’s path as a Minister of Music. Before coming on staff full-time in 2016, Jeff worked in the insurance industry while serving bi-vocationally as Music Minister for 25+ years.

A native Georgian, Jeff was born in Albany before moving all around the Southeast while his dad served in the Marines and ending his high school years at North Clayton High School in College Park, GA. Jeff has been married to his high school sweetheart Connie for 45+ years and they have 3 children and 15 grandchildren. Aside from Jesus and his family, Jeff also loves to sing and cheer for Georgia football.

Bryan Parrish began leading the fellowship here at Lisbon in 2023. He completed his undergraduate work at Liberty University in 2005 and has since earned two Master’s degrees also from Liberty. Bryan is originally from South Georgia and has served churches in Georgia and Florida. He is married to Codie and they have five wonderful Children: Paxton, Baylee Kate, Ezekiel, Zion and Eylee Claire.

He spends as much time as he can having great adventures with his family. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing. The Lord has placed a strong passion in Bryan to carry out a two-part vision in the church: To lead the lost into a Spirit-filled relationship with Jesus Christ; and to grow disciples into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. He believes this is done by an unwavering commitment to preaching the word of God, as well as loving people where they are with the hope that others will see Jesus in him.

Chris Carroll is the Youth and Family Pastor at Lisbon Baptist. He began his ministry at Lisbon in August of 2024. He is married to Curran and they make a dynamic duo with our youth and children. Their hearts are in sharing the gospel with our youth and children. The youth ministry for Lisbon is called Revive Ministry. Come join us in these ministries on Sunday and Wednesday. Chris always has something going on with the families of Lisbon.
