Children Are A Gift From The Lord
We strive to teach our children the deep truths of the Bible in a way they can understand and live by. We want them to know Jesus! Psalm 127:3 says, “Children are a heritage from the LORD.” Jesus says in Matthew 19:14, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” It is our hope at Lisbon that teaching children about God will only be supplemental to the family discipleship taking place in the home.
Sunday School - 9:30 AM
Our children’s ministry is for all kids ages kindergarten through 6th grade. During the Sunday school hour of our Sunday morning gathering, we divide up the children into their own age groups.
Wednesday Night - 6:30 PM
On Wednesday night the children’s ministry, all kids K-6th grade, meet together for a time of crafts/games, snacks, and a Bible lesson.
Child Saftey
We place a big emphasis on safety for your children while at Lisbon! There is a kiosk at the child check-in counter to ensure children are being picked up by their parent/guardian and doing a background check on all children’s workers.
